The Lake

Lac Sir John is a private non-motorized lake that sustains its pristine environment and supports its diverse community.
Lac Sir John is an intergenerational, diverse community of full time, seasonal and part time residents of many backgrounds and both official languages. ALSJ is the lake organization whose mission is to provide for our common needs, values, and interests, and to maintain and protect our roads, beaches and over 90 acres of community owned green space buffer property.
It is located in the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec just north of the City of Lachute.
